Delete your ZunoTales account

You can delete your ZunoTales account and all of its data at any time, from the app or the website, or by asking us by email. ZunoTales is operated by Galactic Matrix - Unipessoal Lda.

Delete it yourself (app or website)

1. Sign in and open Settings.
2. Go to Data & Privacy.
3. Tap "Delete My Account" and confirm. Deletion happens straight away.

Or ask us by email

Email contact@zunotales.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

Your account, every child profile, all stories (including their pictures and narration), avatars and photos, Magic Buddy conversations, reading progress and rewards. Any active subscription bought on our website is cancelled. Stories you had shared publicly are removed from the community.

What is kept, and for how long

• Billing records we must keep by law (for example invoices), for the period tax law requires. Payments are handled by Stripe, Apple or Google, which keep their own records under their own policies.
• Technical server logs, which are deleted automatically after 30 days.

Deleting only a child's profile

To remove one child without closing your account, open that child's profile and delete it. Their stories, pictures, avatars and conversations are deleted with it.
