Moderation & Content Policy

1. Overview

ZunoTales is a community-driven platform for safe, creative storytelling. To maintain a positive environment for families and educators, all public content must adhere to the standards outlined in this policy.

2. Prohibited Content

We have zero tolerance for the following in public stories, comments, or user-generated prompts:

• Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence or incites hatred against individuals or groups based on race, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.
• Sexual Content: Explicitly sexual or suggestive material is strictly prohibited.
• Violence: Graphic or gratuitous violence, including depictions of self-harm.
• Harassment: Bullying, stalking, or targeted attacks on individuals.
• Copyright Infringement: Use of trademarked characters or intellectual property without permission.

3. The Reporting Process

When a user clicks the "Report" button on a story:

• The story is immediately queued for manual review.
• A moderator assesses the content against these guidelines.
• If a violation is found, the story is removed from the public "Explore" page and the user is notified.

4. Enforcement

Repeated violations of our moderation policy may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of the user's account without refund, as outlined in our Terms of Service.

5. Appeals

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may contact our moderation team at moderation@zunotales.com to request a secondary review.
